Wide receiver Brandon Hayes is back with the Eagles. The team announced Hayes's signing on Wednesday morning. Hayes signed with the Eagles after taking part in their rookie minicamp as an undrafted free agent. He was waived on June 5, but is now back to try for a longer stay in the organization. Hayes ranked third in the Football Championship Subdivision by averaging 30.7 yards per kickoff return at Southeastern Louisiana last season. He returned two of those kickoffs for touchdowns and also caught 19 passes for 227 yards and two touchdowns.
