Even with Romeo Doubs absent, Kyle Williams was not among the group of wideouts repping with Drake Maye and the starters during the aforementioned 11-on-11s. He did join the top unit later, but did not line up against the starting defense. What he did do, however, was lining up as the first-unit kickoff returner alongside Terrell Jennings.

Even with Romeo Doubs absent, Kyle Williams was not among the group of wideouts repping with Drake Maye and the starters during 11-on-11s. He did join the top unit later, but did not line up against the starting defense. His role was limited to first-unit kickoff returner alongside Terrell Jennings, suggesting he remains outside the starting wide receiver conversation despite the opportunity created by Doubs' absence.
