The Philadelphia Eagles re-signed undrafted rookie free agent wide receiver Brandon Hayes to provide receiver depth amid injuries to DeVonta Smith (hamstring), Makai Lemon (hamstring), and Britain Covey (injury unclear). Hayes originally participated in the Eagles' rookie minicamp on a tryout basis in early May before being signed ahead of their first media-attended OTA practice on May 27, then waived on June 6 to make room for the Zion Wilson signing. His re-signing gives the Eagles an extra practice body in training camp with some familiarity of their system to help fill reps.
