Deebo Samuel Sr. was brought back on a one-year deal. Zachariason's rankings currently have Deebo projected to score more points than De'Zhaun Stribling, though JJ Zachariason has them back-to-back with a slight edge to Stribling. Between Samuel, Kirk, Stribling, and Jacob Cowing, there might be one too many veterans in that receiver room.
