Eight-year veteran tight end Tyler Conklin has passed his physical and will come off the PUP list after missing the first week of training camp with a spring calf injury. Signed to a one-year, $1.3 million deal to compete for depth behind Sam LaPorta and Brock Wright, Conklin brings a strong blend of receiving skills and physical play; he has caught at least 50 passes in each of the four seasons prior to a tough 2025 with the Chargers and has posted 400+ receiving yards on four different occasions.
