Bartholomew's receiving skills edge out Yurosek for Vikings tight end roster spot.

Bartholomew is winning a roster spot over Ben Yurosek as training camp progresses. He is more of a receiving tight end and has shown up quite a bit in that role. With Max Bredeson as a blocking fullback/H-back/tight end, it makes more sense to have another receiving tight end on the roster rather than another blocker in Yurosek, who hasn't shown up in training camp so far. Bartholomew was a sixth-round pick last year but missed his rookie season due to injury and was seemingly written off, but he's come back and is making plays.
