Jahmyr Gibbs remains the last of the three star running backs due for rookie extensions to reach a deal, still holding in at Lions training camp and refusing to participate in on-field drills. With both Bijan Robinson and Jonathan Taylor now signed, the pressure has increased on Detroit to reach an agreement with Gibbs. Lions head coach Dan Campbell indicated that Robinson's deal could help speed up negotiations with Gibbs.
