He led the NFL in rushing yards (1,621), finished third in rushing attempts, and tied for sixth in rushing touchdowns. Cook had 14 total touchdowns compared to 18 in 2024. He remained extremely efficient as a rusher, ranking 15th in explosive run rate and 11th in yards after contact per attempt. His passing game usage was nearly identical to 2024 (40 targets versus 38, 8.8 yards per reception versus 8.1). The source projects him at RB7 (253.5 FPTS) versus his ECR of RB5 (-2 differential), noting he remains a rock-solid RB1 in one of the best offenses in the NFL.
