Spann-Ford had what I'd call the best individual practice of the day and his best in camp yet. He made a spectacular diving catch over the middle of the field with safety Markquese Bell in coverage. Bell did not stand a chance. Then came the run game. Running back Javonte Williams ripped off a big gain, and there was Spann-Ford as a pulling blocker, completely swallowing up linebacker DeMarvion Overshown and opening up the lane.
