Pat Fitzmaurice is pretty much out on RJ Harvey despite his enticing prospect profile. Harvey's rookie year was disappointing despite 12 touchdowns; after JK Dobbins got hurt, Harvey averaged 3.3 yards per carry for the rest of the season despite running behind one of the NFL's top offensive lines. Per Next Gen Stats, Harvey averaged -0.63 rushing yards over expected per carry (fourth worst among qualifying RBs). With Dobbins back and the Broncos drafting RB Jonah Coleman in the fourth round, Harvey's high-end RB3 ADP is hard to justify.
