Nailor is joining the Raiders after logging 57 receptions, 858 yards, and 10 touchdowns over the last two seasons as the main WR3/WR2 in Minnesota. He has history with new Raiders offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak and is arguably the best receiver in the Raiders room. Nailor is an explosive Z/Slot receiver with elite start/stop abilities and natural speed; he's shown moments of 1000-yard receiver potential and has a strong chance to explode in an offense that will scheme him open and give him opportunities with the ball in his hands.
