Mims suffers apparent soft-tissue lower-body injury, leaves practice

Wide receiver/returner Marvin Mims pulled up on a route and was in obvious pain, walking off the field with a trainer. The exact location and severity of the injury are unknown, but it is speculated to be a soft-tissue lower-body injury. Mims was not available for the two-minute drill at the end of practice. Head Coach Sean Payton was away attending Drew Brees's Hall of Fame ceremony, so no official updates were provided.
