Handcuffing your No. 1 running back is always a good idea, assuming there is a clear-cut option. Tyrone Tracy Jr. was productive taking over as New York's starting running back when Cam Skattebo suffered a season-ending injury in Week 8. The former Purdue star was the RB17 from Week 9 through Week 18, averaging 17.4 touches for 89 scrimmage yards and 12.1 half-PPR fantasy points per game. Having Tracy on my roster guarantees me at least RB2 production if Skattebo gets hurt.

Tracy's RB17 fill-in role and handcuff value provide injury insurance with RB2 floor.
