Deion Burks, a seventh-round rookie pick viewed as an excellent fit for the Indianapolis Colts, is in jeopardy of not making the active roster. He slipped in the NFL Draft due to underwhelming production at Oklahoma, size and role projections, and injury history, but was viewed as a Day 2 talent by many. He is still running with the 3s at training camp. If Burks does not make the team, the Colts will go with Laquon Treadwell, Ashton Dulin, Anthony Gould, and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine behind Alec Pierce and Josh Downs. Burks remains a hold in dynasty leagues, but those considering a late round shot on him in deeper redraft leagues may want to pause.
