Running back with $67.5 million in game-breaking ability showcased warp-speed explosiveness and playmaking in both run and pass game during Day 9 practice. In the run game, Gibbs created explosive plays despite defensive pressure in the backfield, including a cut behind left tackle Miles Frazier that appeared to be an off-to-the-races 90+ yard acceleration touchdown, and a decisive cut from the 1-yard line that picked up more than five yards. In the passing game, Gibbs beat Devin White on a crossing route during seven-on-seven drills and made his play of the day on a must-have third-and-10 scenario: a miraculous 17-yard catch on a wheel route amid a sea of defenders, securing the ball over White's outstretched hands to move the chains.
