Lamb, the Cowboys' No. 1 wideout, had 75 receptions for 1,077 yards and three touchdowns in 14 games in 2025. The Cowboys have $94 million a year currently committed to Dak Prescott and Lamb. Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones stated he believes it's realistic the team can keep both Lamb and George Pickens long term, despite the financial constraints. Lamb is actively campaigning the Cowboys to retain Pickens, telling owner Jerry Jones: 'I'm sure we can make a way... I know it's going to be a little crazy, but I know we can make a way for this one... Let's figure it out and it's going to get you a couple more championships.'
