I'm going to go way off board on this one and select Cleveland receiver, KC Concepcion. Maybe it's my bias leaking through since I have rostered him in multiple Campus to Canton leagues since he was a freshman, but the talent and opportunity are there for him to have a Puka Nacua-like rookie season. Concepcion checks in at WR53 and 139th overall in Fantasy Pros ADP and has little more than Jerry Jeudy standing in front of him as far as veteran targets are concerned.

Cedric Tillman has been inconsistent at best in his career, and Denzel Boston is a rookie himself with a significantly lower ceiling. Regardless of whether it's Shedeur Sanders or Deshaun Watson at quarterback for Cleveland in Week 1, both possess enough talent to run a competent offense for fantasy purposes. St Denis looks for Concepcion to be the sneaky, under-the-radar rookie who takes his lack of target competition and runs with it.
