Over the past decade, only Larry Fitzgerald and Julian Edelman (both 33+) delivered top-25 fantasy campaigns, and they worked primarily in the slot/short range. Evans has made his hay as a downfield, red-zone playmaker and will require serious touchdown fortune to pan out as a WR2/3 in Kyle Shanahan's efficient offense.
