The Cleveland Browns signed big-bodied tight end Dae'Quan Wright out of Ole Miss to bolster the group's depth. Wright (6'-4", 255 pounds) is an athletic tight end but has been inconsistent as a blocker. He went undrafted in April's NFL draft and then signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, but was recently waived.

The Browns signed the 6'-4", 255-pound tight end from Ole Miss to bolster depth after he went undrafted and was waived by Philadelphia. Wright is an athletic vertical threat but has been inconsistent as a blocker; NFL.com projects him as a Day 3 prospect who should fight for a TE3/4 role. He recorded 113 receptions for 1,603 yards (14.2 YPC) and nine touchdowns across 47 college games, earning Second Team All-SEC honors in 2025.
