Breece Hall had a massive 2023, finishing as the RB4 in PPR leagues while playing 16 games, but he's since fallen into that "firm RB2" category, finishing as the RB16 and RB17 the last two seasons. The problem with Hall is that his ADP is right in that range, so the upside is limited.

Breece Hall had a massive 2023 finishing as RB4 in PPR while playing 16 games, but has since fallen into the firm RB2 category, finishing as RB16 and RB17 the last two seasons. His ADP is right in that range, so upside is limited, but the Jets' offense should be somewhat improved with new weapons and veteran Geno Smith leading the charge. Hall has also averaged 3.45 catches per game over the last three seasons.
