Kincaid's Guillotine League ADP of 112.9 (TE11) is a poor value despite his reasonable draft cost, given his inconsistent snap share and down-week risk in a format where volatility is punishing. Last season he ran routes on a career-low 51% of passing plays (including playoffs), while blocking TE Dawson Knox had 52% route share and more play-action looks (59% to 25%) and equal end-zone targets (21%). Josh Allen's notorious target distribution and the addition of WR1 DJ Moore further limit Kincaid's ceiling. Most critically for Guillotine Leagues, Kincaid failed to top 7.8 PPR points in six of 14 games, including two brutal showings of 3.3 and zero points—the kind of down weeks that eliminate teams in Guillotine format. With the terrifying Houston Texans defense up first on the road, it's best to either invest earlier at TE or target cheaper late-round options with easier Week 1 paths.
