Harvey finished as RB20 in half-PPR as a rookie with 896 scrimmage yards and 12 TDs, and now enters Year 2 in Sean Payton's offense behind arguably the best offensive line in football. J.K. Dobbins is injured again, and Harvey was averaging 10.0 PPG to Dobbins' 11.6 last year, so even if Dobbins or Jonah Coleman takes some work, Harvey has shown he can produce without owning the backfield. At RB33, Harvey has a legitimate chance to finish as an RB1, and buying ascending players after market overcorrection is how you win in fantasy football.
