In Weeks 12-18 last year, Shough was QB6 in fantasy points per game while averaging 25 rushing yards per game, a mark that would have placed him 12th-best for the full season. In that span, among 30 qualifying quarterbacks, he ranked 12th in yards per attempt and highly accurate throw rate, ninth in hero throw rate, and seventh in passing yards per game. With Travis Etienne, Bryce Lance, Oscar Delp, and Jordyn Tyson added to the offensive firepower this offseason, the Saints offense is expected to take another leap if Shough is up to the task, which his strong finish to last season suggests he is primed for.
