Ranked No. 56 on the 2026 NFL Top 100 list (players' vote), a 37-spot drop from his prior ranking and his lowest since debuting at No. 3 in 2023. In 2025, Hurts threw for a career-high 25 touchdowns and rushed for 8 more en route to his third Pro Bowl in four years. NFL's Jeremy Bergman attributes the ranking drop to decreased completion percentage and reduced use in the run game. Despite the drop, Hurts still ranked higher than Lamar Jackson (No. 69), Jordan Love (No. 72), and Baker Mayfield (No. 77), and remains one of the NFL's top dual-threat signal-callers entering his seventh season.
