Cousins remains the starter but will share first-team reps with O'Connell and Mendoza.

Head coach Klint Kubiak has been consistent in saying that Kirk Cousins is the team's starting quarterback. However, Kubiak indicated that Cousins, along with Aidan O'Connell and Fernando Mendoza, "all three of those guys deserve first-team reps" and that the coaching staff is working on a plan to split first-team snaps among the three quarterbacks.
