Klubnik gets extended preseason reps as Jets evaluate fourth-round QB prospect.

Fourth-round pick Cade Klubnik started Friday's preseason game with the starters and played a couple of series, completing 5 of 7 passes for 56 yards and taking a sack. The 22-year-old from Clemson went 26-13 as a starter over three college seasons with 10,132 passing yards, 73 TDs, and 24 INTs. He will now get an extended chance to show his potential and make the Jets seriously consider him for their future.
