Kaliakmanis more efficient than Hartman: 6-of-10, 87 yards, TD pass; flashes arm talent

Backup QB competing for the No. 3 quarterback spot showed slightly more efficiency than Sam Hartman in his preseason action. The Rutgers product completed 6-of-10 passes for 87 yards and flashed serious arm talent while working the ball down the field, including a 16-yard TD pass to rookie Antonio Williams. Both Hartman and Kaliakmanis will see significant preseason time to prove worthy of the No. 3 roster spot, though it remains a pick 'em at this point.
