In his first NFL action, rookie Fields caught all three of his targets for 34 yards and a touchdown; the TD was particularly impressive as it showcased his ability to adjust on the fly—he slowed down on his short in-breaking route from the right side when it looked like Dart was about to throw, then broke toward the end zone and beat his man when Dart escaped pressure to the left and threw a perfect pass off his back foot. The source notes that an offense with Fields, a healthy Malik Nabers, and Odell Beckham Jr. all on the field at the same time could turn out to be a pretty dangerous passing offense.
