The player that impressed me the most on the night was rookie Jonah Coleman...he was the best runner of the night for the Broncos. His first two carries went for four yards, but his last two went for 20...I liked his balance coming out of some of the tackles.

Rookie RB impressed in preseason debut with strong balance and contact avoidance; after disappointing first two carries (4 yards), his final two carries went for 20 yards. Head coach Sean Payton praised his balance coming out of tackles and noted he's had a good camp. His college trait of avoiding first contact was evident in Friday night's runs. Positioned as backup to JK Dobbins but showed enough to validate midround draft investment.
