Undrafted rookie wide receiver exceeded expectations in Cowboys training camp and caught all three passes thrown his way for 62 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's preseason debut. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer praised his work ethic and ability to execute the little things on special teams and in one-on-one drills, saying "The game's not too big for him. He does that every day in practice." Brown transferred to Georgia Southern after limited playing time at Auburn and caught 65 passes for 1,079 yards with 14 touchdown catches, leading the Sun Belt Conference. Despite a crowded Cowboys receiver room with CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, and Ryan Flournoy as starters, Brown's performance is making it hard for the team not to roster him as one of the 53 remaining players.
