Tony Pard could be that like reliable RB2... Tony Pard is not a guy that I want to be drafting this year whatsoever... a 1300 yard guy every season... at the price that you have to pay for a guy like Pard right now with the Taj Spears added in risk... if Tony Pard hits he's like what the RB 17 or 18 and you're kind of drafting him at the RB 23 24. It does not feel like the juice is worth the squeeze there.
STACKED’s take
Snap split with Spears caps upside; moved to RB 27–28 overall.
Tony Pollard has been a reliable 1300-yard producer for three straight seasons (missing by 12 yards in the fourth year), but the preseason revealed a near 50/50 snap split with Taj Spears that caps his volume upside. At his current ADP (RB 23–24), Pollard's ceiling is a low-end RB2 (RB 17–18 if everything breaks right), making the juice not worth the squeeze given the added Spears competition, systemic Titans offense risk (poor offensive line, unproven QB Cam Ward), and the opportunity cost of using that draft capital on higher-upside receiver or tight end options like Tucker Craft, Leaporta, Fannon, or Parker Washington. The source moved Pollard down and now ranks him outside the top 25 RBs at RB 27–28.
