Fantasy Life Articles on Keenan Allen

Allen slots into Colts' RPO-heavy scheme as third top pass catcher alongside Downs and Warren.

Allen has primarily been a slot receiver throughout his career, ranking third in the NFL in routes from the slot since 2015. The Colts' passing game is built heavily around RPO concepts under Steichen (604 plays since 2023, most in football), with Pittman Jr. previously leading all wideouts in RPO targets since 2023 (48). Allen will compete for targets with Josh Downs (81% of routes from slot) and Tyler Warren, with the three forming the Colts' clear top pass catchers.
