Undrafted rookie running back was already an intriguing name coming out of camp but turned that intrigue into production Saturday, rushing for 78 yards on 22 carries and a touchdown. He showed early flashes with rushes of 5 and 7 yards, and following halftime, his two reps of pass protection looked stout with continuous foot movement at point of contact. He also converted the 2-yard touchdown run to cut the lead to six, showing his nose for the end zone.
