Amon-Ra St. Brown was a key target for Jared Goff throughout the scrimmage; Goff missed him on third down in the first drive, but later connected with him on a quick slant for a first down in the red zone. St. Brown also executed a pancake block on Gibbs that drew chatter from both benches, and he was involved in a pick play on the touchdown pass to Tom Kennedy. In the second half, St. Brown gained 12 yards on a slant and started to chirp at the defense as the offense's confidence returned.
