Chargers WR Quentin Johnston limped off the field during Tuesday's joint practice with the 49ers, but ESPN's Adam Schefter reports he is not expected to miss much, if any, practice time; a source said Johnston is "totally fine." Johnston could be held out of Thursday night's game against the 49ers if there's any doubt about his fitness, but the injury does not appear to carry long-term concern.
