Mendoza threw pick-six to Jalen Pitre but also had a 25-yard TD pass to Bowers.

Mendoza threw a costly pick-six during joint practice against Houston when he misread the location of Texans safety Jalen Pitre and forced the ball to Ashton Jeanty near the Houston goal line, throwing it directly into Pitre's arms for a touchdown return.
