D'Ernest Johnson, 30, signed a one-year deal with the Titans after spending much of last year with the Patriots. He appeared in seven regular-season games and four postseason games for New England, averaging 25.6 yards per kick return in the regular season and 26.1 yards per kick return in the postseason. Johnson is a veteran backup with 103 career games (three starts) across Cleveland, Jacksonville, Arizona, and New England, having rushed for 1,014 yards with three touchdowns and caught 53 passes for 465 yards.
