STACKED’s take
Williams' 101 targets and 7.5 YAC/REC support another elite season projection.
Williams is one of the few players in the league who possesses elite field-stretching speed but can also be counted on for 90-plus targets. The explosive playmaker has totaled 1,000-plus yards in each of the last two seasons and saw a career-high 101 targets last season while going for 65-1,117-7, all career highs. Despite missing two games in 2024, he managed a 58-1,001-6 line on 91 targets. Despite his ability to stretch the field, the Lions allow Williams to work in the intermediate areas and utilize his tremendous YAC ability; his 7.5 YAC/REC since 2024 is third-highest among receivers (min. 150 targets), while his 17.2 YPR is second only to Alec Pierce (21.8). Williams was a top-12 PPR receiver in 41 percent of his games last season and should be in line for another big year after proving his 2024 production was no fluke.
