Nabers is on the comeback trail from a pair of surgeries to repair a torn ACL and just began participating in a handful of team drills this week while wearing a red, non-contact jersey. He will travel with the Giants to Miami but won't take part in team drills on Thursday or play in Saturday's preseason game. Head coach John Harbaugh stated Nabers won't go through the rest of the summer in a red jersey and will be out of it before he plays in a game, as he needs to get bumped around and hit in a controlled practice setting before facing defenders on other teams—something that won't happen in Miami.
