Will Howard's first NFL start was a dud; he completed 10 of 15 passes for 74 yards with two interceptions in the first half against the Jets. He threw an ugly pick to Andre Cisco on 3rd-and-4 intended for Roman Wilson, appearing to force the throw, and was picked again by Samuel Womack III on a subsequent drive. His evening ended after the first half with the Steelers trailing 7-0.
