Hardman Jr. did not make the most of his extra offensive reps despite the receiver injuries; he dropped two passes on third downs that would have resulted in first-down yardage. While he had a solid kickoff return for 30 yards and made a first-down grab plus a nine-yard catch-and-run screen in the two-minute drill before halftime, he needs to show consistency as a wideout to make the team, especially with Ray Davis as the reigning All-Pro kickoff returner. Hardman Jr. has the juice for multiple roles but consistency has been hard for him throughout his career.
