I understand you can't play however many, 60-plus plays in the preseason games. The main goal is Week 1 and the games after that... It's valuable reps, whether it's preseason, practice – you're learning from each and every thing. It's very valuable to me.

Daniels received limited preseason action (one three-play drive) against Detroit but viewed the experience as valuable preparation for the regular season. Head coach Dan Quinn intentionally limited his snaps to minimize injury risk while still providing live-game reps; Quinn noted Daniels has been having an excellent camp and has taken 45+ reps in practice to build game shape and rhythm.
