Shipley impresses with stiff arm, YAC ability, and multiple touchdown receptions.

Shipley had a strong performance with a nice stiff arm that shoved a Pats defender into the ground. The source notes he looked good in practices that week. The Eagles continued to pound the rock with Shipley, aided by great blocking up front, to move into scoring range. He found the end zone capping off a strong drive, and later caught back-to-back completions from McKee including a nice screen reception where he avoided an unblocked defender and hurdled another defender while running after the catch. He scored another touchdown on a pass from McKee in the fourth quarter with another hurdle.
