Stevenson's second-half dominance and playoff production make him the safer 2026 option.

Stevenson had a massive turnaround in the second half of 2025 and was objectively better than Henderson across the board. He out-snapped Henderson in 7 of the last 8 games and more than doubled opportunities in the playoffs (73 opps vs 36 opps). After Week 13, Stevenson was RB7 in PPG (15.4 PPG in half-PPR, RB1 production) despite modest xPPG (10.4, RB30). He ranked fifth in explosive run rate, missed tackle rate, and yards after contact per attempt, and was first in rushing yards over expectation per attempt. Stevenson also graded 72.0 in pass protection (very good) versus Henderson's inferior metrics. The source expects Stevenson to remain a thorn in Henderson's side in 2026, with a closer but still meaningful role split.
