Ja'Quinden Jackson, the running back for the Eagles who left a preseason game Saturday night in an ambulance, did have movement and strength in all of his extremities, his team announced Saturday. His agent, Damien Butler, said a CT scan came back negative and the 24-year-old was 'awake and alert.'

Running back suffered a serious head injury during the opening kickoff of a preseason game against the Patriots on August 22, 2026, requiring ambulance transport from the field.
