Hurst's penalty and limited targets limit him to No. 4/5 WR role

Hurst took all eight snaps with Baker Mayfield and didn't play at all thereafter. His lone target was a short incompletion after he put up 2-19-0 on six targets the week before. He put up a 15-yard penalty for smacking Chiefs CB Mansoor Delane in the head after a play. Though he's a good prospect, he'll likely just be the No. 4/5 receiver if Egbuka and McMillan get healthy before Week 1. McMillan looks vulnerable from both a health and talent standpoint, with Hurst being younger, faster, stronger, healthier.
