Running back Keaton Mitchell is positioned to benefit from fullback Alec Ingold's blocking acumen in Mike McDaniel's run-heavy scheme. McDaniel's 2025 Dolphins ranked third in the NFL in 21 personnel usage (two backs, one tight end, two receivers) at 25%, and Ingold was instrumental in De'Von Achane's success, with 20 of Achane's 40 explosive plays coming with Ingold as a key blocker. Mitchell, along with Omarion Hampton and Kimani Vidal, should reap the rewards of Ingold's blocking ability.
