Was up and down today. Connected with Dallas Goedert and Elijah Moore for short-to-medium gains in 7-on-11s and 11-on-11s; hit DeVonta Smith over the middle in stride for first down yardage; connected with Darius Cooper over the middle showing nice chemistry; hit Hollywood Brown deep down the left sideline. However, failed to get a throw off in 7-on-7 (rare for him recently), hit the fly swatter dummy for an incompletion, had a throw batted down at the line in 11-on-11, overthrew Hollywood Brown deep for what should've been a touchdown, put the ball too far out in front of DeVonta on a red zone fade, and placed a pass behind Johnny Mundt. Average time to throw felt longer than most of the summer, partly due to Vic Fangio's smothering coverage.
