The sleeper wide receiver I'm interested in targeting late is Cleveland Brown's rookie KC Concepcion. The Browns are a wasteland on offense, and as a result, pretty much every offensive weapon on the roster has plummeted in the rankings. Deshaun Watson has been announced as the team's starting quarterback for Week 1, and despite the controversy that will cause, he has proven his talent in the past. Even if the Browns never get the talent Watson once showed, he is competent enough to produce a usable fantasy wide receiver.

Concepcion is a late-round sleeper target for Cleveland's rookie receiver. The Browns' offense is a wasteland, causing all offensive weapons to plummet in rankings, but Deshaun Watson (Week 1 starter) has proven talent and is competent enough to produce a usable fantasy receiver. With Concepcion, fellow rookie Denzel Boston, and veteran Jerry Jeudy on the roster, Jeudy's injury history makes the two rookies the most likely options. Concepcion is the more talented of the two rookies and should get his chance; while the ceiling is limited on an abysmal offense, the potential to land a team's WR1 in final rounds is worth the dart throw.
