This opened the door for somebody else to step into the RB2 role, and it was a mixture of Haskins and Larison. Both spent time with Drake Maye and the starting offense, and caught two passes each in team drills. The only noteworthy difference was Larison being in a red non-contact jersey, which might be a bad sign for his availability for the preseason finale, and Haskins being used as a kickoff return option.
